We offer a variety of events and classes run through from our studio and other venues throughout the year. Its not about having time, its about making time.

WEEKLY DROP-IN YOGA & YOGA ROPES CLASS

Come along to our weekly Yoga & Yoga Ropes class where we will explore alignment, movement, joint stability, mobility and pranayama (breath) while using the ropes, our weight and gravity to open up our body.

All equipment & mats provided.

This class will be mixed ability and will be 75 mins long to finish with meditation.

Thursday’s at 7-8:15pm (Starting 4th October)

Price: £10 (6 people max.)

WEEKLY DROP-IN PILATES CLASS

Come along to our weekly Pilates class where we will explore alignment, movement, joint stability, mobility, core strength, breath and relaxation while using equipment such as pilates rings, foam rollers, straps, discs, balls and more!

All equipment & mats provided.

This class will be mixed ability and will be 75 mins long to finish with a deep relaxation.

Wednesday’s at 7-8:15pm (Starting 26th Sept)

Price: £10 (6 people max.)

6 WEEK BEGINNERS PILATES COURSE

Our Beginners Pilates Course introduces you to the main principles of Pilates… Concentration, Control, Centring, Flow, Breath and Alignment.

We will explore the natural movements of our body, working with joint mobilisation, stabilisation, core control and finish with relaxation.

This course is designed for complete beginners and for anyone wanting a little help with their technique and adjustments.

Thursday’s at 11:30am-12:45pm (Starting 27th Sept – 8th Nov – Excludes 18th Nov due to Half Term)

Price: £55 (6 people max.)

6 WEEK BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE

Our Beginners Yoga Course introduces you to the basic postures (asana’s), breath (pranayama), sequences, philosophy of the 8 limbs of yoga and will finish with meditation and relaxation (savasana) helping you to create the perfect foundation for your yoga practise.

This course is designed for complete beginners and for anyone wanting a little help with their technique and adjustments.

Thursday’s at 9:30-10:45am (Starting 27th Sept – 8th Nov – Excludes 18th Nov due to Half Term)

Price: £55 (6 people max.)

(Yoga, Pilates, Reformer, Reiki, Sports massage)

Looking for a little bit more help with your practise, adjustments, trying to work with an injury or pre/post natal? Would you like to work with the pilates reformer? Are you looking to share a session with a friend or family member? Or are you looking to balance and energise with Reiki?
